Vanderburgh County Court Case Search

Vanderburgh County Expungement
Indiana Code 35-38-9 allows certain arrest and conviction records in Vanderburgh County to be sealed. You start by filing a petition in the court that handled your case. Misdemeanor convictions have a five-year waiting period, and Level 6 felonies require eight years.
